Foothill Home Care is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Irving and Katelyn Cruz. Irving has an extensive background is business operations and Katelyn is a Registered Nurse with years of experience in both Home Care and Home Health Care settings. Irving and Katelyn started Foothill Home Care when they saw a need for quality, reliable care in their own families and in the homes where Katelyn served as a Home Health nurse.
Bringing someone into your home to care for your loved one is a vulnerable place to be. Foothill Home Care is bonded, licensed, and insured. Foothill Home Care also goes the extra mile by doing the following:
• Follow up calls to clients to ensure that Care Plans are accurate and being followed accordingly.
• Personal introductions with each new caregiver so that you feel at ease when someone new is coming into your home.
• Regular supervisory visits every two weeks.
• Each Care Plan is professionally managed by a Registered Nurse.
